Celebrating Busy Moms & Healthy Living With The 1 Fitness

Mother’s Day Workout & 健康

唐纳森团队 加入The 1 Fitness 周六, May 11 to bring the perfect morning to life for local mothers looking to regain control of their hormones and health!

The event kicked off with a 45-minute workout session led by the skilled professionals from 1 Fitness. The atmosphere was energetic and supportive as participants of all fitness levels engaged in a dynamic mix of cardio, strength training and flexibility exercises.

Following the workout, attendees were treated to refreshing mimosas, providing a delightful and relaxing transition as our very own Marguerite Weston, MD-IFMCP走上舞台. Dr. Weston shared her expertise on gut health and hormones, emphasizing their critical role in overall wellness.

“For many women in our age bracket, hormones are often to blame for many of our symptoms. We have hormone receptors on almost every other part of our bodies. We have them in our brains, hearts, bones and muscles. They’re responsible for much more than our cycles and our babies!”
